Owners Max and Pook Chutinthranond have been committed to bringing innovative, fresh, and delicious Pacific Rim Thai food to our dedicated customers for over 30 years. First established in 1989 as the Authentic Thai Restaurant of Syracuse, Max & Pook moved the restaurant to Armory Square on Jefferson Street in downtown Syracuse in 1994, changing the name of the restaurant to Lemon Grass. In February of 2022, the Lemon Grass moved to its new home on Walton Street with an increased capacity to host your most special events. We have built a reputation as one of the best restaurants in the Central New York Region, winning Northeastern awards for food and international awards for our wine list.
