One of the freshest hotels I have ever remained in. Friendly and obliging staff. I booked for 2 nights and ended up booking the complete week. I didn't want to leave. Very recommend this hotel.

I am sightless and text to language will not allow me to recite everything higher than three but this is actually a five star review; best room was very big and well laid out; staff was extremely helpful and friendly, specially because I am blind and every now and then have a actually hard time! Very clean, contemporary hotel. And that is where the positives end. Room is very TINY, even by NYC values. You are only allowable one key per room, no matter the quantity of guests. They offer sufficient cloths for one day at a time. So if housework doesn't come by to clean your room during the day, you will have to call down to the front counter for more. My inlaws stayed here as well, check in after us. They were given a happy hour coupon and knowledgeable of free add-ons, such as heat, mini-fride, etc. We were not offered any of this. I guess because we look young smh. Just stay at an AirBnB. Weird vibes from this guesthouse.

Not sure why this home has such low co-stars I believed it was a countless stay. We waited here because we required to be close to the JFK and it was close to a lot of restaurants and spending. The room was very clean and roomy. They had a gym which was nice, they had a restaurant/bar and that was nice too. I really liked staying here but I was also only there for 1 day the day before we stayed in time square so it was a change of pace. Useful 1 Funny Cool

I lately traveled to Monarchs for work and this hotel was 'suggested' by the business for our spaces. For what I wanted, the location was perfect. The staff was welcoming and always had a smile when I came and went. I think the guesthouse was lately renovated; it's easily one of the freshest I've stayed at. A gem in Queens. Nice small hotel, with very modern textures. It is brand new and very unsoiled. Its closeness to the Monarchs Center Mall and to the Rego Park Mall allows you to have sufficiently of dining and shop opportunities during your stay. Definitely recommend it.

I'm ready the evaluations on hotel.com were healthier than yelp or I would have misused out on a lovely little hotel in Queens. We came for holiday and to see the Mets play. The area was clean, modern, and roomy. I loved the wash. The staff was very welcoming. We arrived early morning, but knew we may not have a room obtainable until later. They stored out bags in a protected back room while we discovered the city. The only oddity was that they required payment open. Not being from NY, I supposed that may be normal. Any way, it was a great place to rest our heads while being away from home. We would definitely go back. Useful Funny Cool

We loved this guesthouse! It was the perfect stay for a pair of nights in receipt of ready for my marriage day instead of remaining with our family. Door to the outside patio was grand unexpected amazement. I'd love to stay here through the summer again. Modern clean. Not too big not too small. Work was super friendly and cooperative. The bar BLVD down next to the hotel was great too the owner and her staff were very heartfelt towards us. It was great for what we desirable it to be.

It is a enjoyable and most significant clean residence . The area on second floor has a patio, which is nice to have an extra space . Housings are small. Also the hotel has little bar , enter to the gym and actually close to Starbucks and Burger King 24/7 if you are hungry. Close to the shopping center and restaurants. I recommend this place very convenient.

I will NEVER stay here again .beacause this is very bed exprince . First off, I got here at 10 AM through booking my stay through Orbitz. The young man at the front desk then says check in is at 3pm. Now most hotels usually will have a room available and will try to at least accommodate you. Being that I bought a room with a balcony, and paid extra for THAT feature..I have to come back at 3. Now mind you..there was an older man ahead of me that I heard him say to come back at 1 but 3 minutes later he had a room.

I have to say. This hotel was very clean and modern. But really small. I'm talking small. And the staff were kinda of stuck up. There is a no smoke fee for the rooms. Completely comprehensible. But I had a veranda that was joined with another rooms. Nothing posted to say you can't smoke. They Just stressed the no smoking in the room. I get a phone call around 1130 that night saying I need to pay the fine right away or we will be removed. They have no proof to blame me with beside one staff member saying I was smoking.
