Recently stayed here and I will definitely be a returning customer.Bryan at the front desk was awesome and extremely helpful and hilarious, just stick around he will definitely give you a laugh. The evening shift were very warm and welcoming. They are besides the hotel the reason I will be back. Very soho feel in flushing. Clean rooms still with that "new" scent to it... Love it!! The bed was very comfortable, I literally forgot I was at a hotel. Wait there was a nepresso machine!! Yesss!! Bathroom has bigelow products good choice.

Update!!! There is now a rooftop bar that stays open until 2am everyday. If this is not a reason to come especially in the summer! P.S drinks are good.

in all chance the best hotel in the area, definitely the newest and chief. Nice size rooms, contemporary, basic services, air con, fridge, safe, tv, clean new bathroom. Breakfast is a little plain, Chinese congee and assortment of pastries. Staff were great, all fluent in English and Jacky at reception gave us especially great service, great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Only downside is the wifi is a bit erratic but it was free and was able to access it 90% of the time.

spotless, quiet, and about half the price of other hotels near the Bille Jean Tennis Center. brilliant mottled a terre near the US Open. We walked there and back each day, it's maybe 20-25 minutes.

It is so bad. In the morning at 10 o'clock. The atrium is working, extremely noisy, I have to shout at my friends then they can hear me. When I called front small table, they only know to said " what can I do for u?" Never help visitors to solve the problem..!

I don't think people wants to be in this hotel. Their abolition policy is very tricky. Just be suspicious. Ask, before you book with them.

First, I picked this hotel since it looked great online, was close to where I wanted to be and had a ROOFTOP BAR. I verify in to find out that the bar is closed due to "new running." BTW...there's not a nearby fluid store or decent bar aside from Applebee's near by.

honestly, one of the best hotels i've stayed in a while. first of all, the price for this hotel is SUPER reasonable. Second, the staff is sooo nice! the front desk is super ready to lend a hand & they even carry your luggage up to the room. the rooms are very nice. clean and modern. i literally had no complaints or problems. i would give it more stars if i could. THANKS FOR A friendly STAY PARC HOTEL!

I was going to hang about at their sister hotel, de point, but had booked the wrong date. They refunded my money and recommended the parc hotel. I like it fine, the room has a wooden smell to it, the price is relatively contemptible and it is in a very cool ethnic (Asian) part of town. Also has free wifi, is very close up to the bus stop for to laguardia, very close to the subway position taking you into Manhattan, give 2 free bottled waters, excellent shades to block out the light, free continental breakfast, free fitness center (that I never went to actually) and they provide robes in the bathroom. Sorry if I'm too detailed or sound like an advertisement but I like to give credit where it's due.

This is immense & new hotel in flushing. Its place is perfect. Train station is couple blocks aways, it's a safe and good place, close to all the shops and restaurants. I love the different varieties of food you can try in the area!! welcoming staffs, and really really wonderful amenities. Since it just opened. Everything has a new and fresh scent. Rooms are very clean and neat. Love the lights. It's really a high-quality place to stay for business trips, and for many other purposes, such as a day's food trip exploring China town! Lol!!!

I have either parasites or scabies from staying in this fucking nasty hotel. It looks nice, but Chinatown can go fuck itself! I literally have bite marks on my ass, from before I left the hotel. Got home, gnaw marks on my left arm and left upper back. Scabies or bedbugs. This place is revolting!

Great hotel blocks away from the 7 train close to unlike markets and also the shopping mall where u can do last minute shopping as well. I would recommend that people visiting NY stay here for sure for an in luxurious stay where u have access to the trains in adding to malls ! The area it's in is no "42nd street times sq " but it's still nice.

Very, very nice hotel, above all for the price. It's near Laguardia airport (2.5 miles away), but plan on a 15-20 min drive in Queens traffic. Lots of real Asian restaurants nearby. Really close to the heart of Flushing. Really nice front desk staff. Very clean and current rooms. Free breakfast in the morning. health room.

Parking sucks. Made our uncertainties in advance and got a good room rate. It's a good-looking good place to stay for a concert at Citifield.

A nice, new hotel with gracious staff and dirt free amenities with affordable rates, right in the focus of Flushing! It also helps that it's right next to the mall with Target, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, Best Buy, and Marshalls! We took a red eye and arrived around 9 am but they didn't have any rooms available for early check-in. We spent the day in the city and then came back around 10 pm, and our room with 2 queen beds was no longer existing. They were nice enough to give us two rooms side by side, each with one sovereign bed

I was charged for smoking in the room when I did not smoke in the room. After 45 minutes on the phone with people speaking broken English, I was told the security camera IN MY ROOM caught me smoking. IN MY ROOM? Since I did not smoke in the room, I demanded to see the video tape. I was told, "We call back" and hung up on. Just called once more - manager is still not ready to call me back. No roiom service, had to self park my car, had to bring my own baggage in and their "free" internet was unfeasible to connect with.

My boyfriend and I were visiting NYC, and we were deficient something nice and contemptible. Well, that's beautiful much impossible to get in Manhattan and somewhat hard to get just outside the city so after a lot of time looking up places, we firm on Parc Hotel. It's somewhat far away from the city (~30 min just to get into the city, up to an hour to get anywhere around the island), but it's somewhat closeby to the subway station, just 2 blocks away (5-10 min walk).

Okay so in general the hotel wasn't bad, but there were a number of solemn cons. First off, the location was terrible. Yes, it's in Chinatown, but it's in an business section that is absolutely bounded by edifice

Stayed here when it first opened, had a very brawny wood - new edifice smell. We had a great view, we were on a high floor. Loved their shades. Size was decent, not very big, but it's NYC and for the promotional price, I couldnt carp.

The hotel is not exclusive for the rooms but the supervision team is poor. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights but they've charged 3 nights. The manager won't return a phone call after numerous times saying they will call back. I hope they improve their management shortly.

3.5 stars. little, albeit cute, clean, and calm hotel. Nothing fancy. Stayed here for one night when Delta cancelled our flight and we were required to find a hotel to stay the night at near LaGuardia. This hotel had a really reasonable room rate. It was small (but very contented - especially the bed!), and the people working the front desk were very specialized and friendly. The area seemed a little strange, not much to walk to around the hotel except for a Target a few blocks down and a bunch of Chinese restaurants, but there was about a half foot of snowfall outside and I didn't have a jacket so I wasn't leaving the location even if someone paid me.

These people have no customer machine skills. I wanted to talk with a manager concerning special rates for comprehensive stay, but they kept telling me that a manager will call me (3x to be exact), but not a single call back. Thanks but no thanks. Would never want to stay here.

There is no parking for guests. When I called, they told me to look for street parking. smash, really? So, we park FAR away, and walk through the rain with all of our heavy bags. The front desk repair was ok. The elevator is salow - take the staircase - we educated that the very first time we rode the elevator.

JetBlue given up for lost my flight and rebooked me the next day. There were precisely zero hotels by means of vacancies near JFK. I required to avoid the extended can ride back and forth to Manhattan. So I googled boutique hotels and found this place in Flushing, about 10 miles from JFK- very close to Laguardia, actually, and right off the highway.
