The Global Women Changemakers Summit

Please join us for the first Global Women Changemakers Summit, presented by the Earth Institute's Women, Peace and Security (WPS) program and Columbia University World Leaders Forum. Co-hosted by the Nobel Women’s Initiative, Peace Is Loud, and the Public Science Project, this event will take place March 12 and 13 at Columbia University.

This Summit will unite academics and practitioners from across the globe for dialogue, reflection, and policy discussion on creating possibilities for movement building and solidarity. The Women, Peace and Security program believes that in times of heightened inequality, hate crimes, and global consciousness of violence against women, and in times of vibrant transnational mobilizations for gender and racial justice, this groundbreaking Summit can serve to generate knowledge, advocacy and new forms of networks to support peace and justice projects both around the world and in our own domestic contex
