Very nice hotel so I thought. Checked in using my reward points for 2 rooms. My cc was charged 20 incidentals for each room. Put my car in valet at $22 a day. The problem is upon inspection out on sunday all was fine so I supposed. Monday checked my cc announcements there was an additions $130.00 charged to my card as well as $66 dollars for parking. Called the hotel spoke with SJ and was told the issue would be resolved

I've become familiar to the level of service Spring Hill Suites provides, but this one blows all the other Spring Hills out of the water in terms of service. The desk workers are very accommodating and wear a lot of hats at this hotel (maintenance, concierge, personal assistant, shopkeeper). They fixed the door of my room as it was blocked, then never had the problem again, they initiate me delightfully cheap tickets to a show

Should be 80 stars. Only one place to stay if you're in nice. Close to public Trans, airport shuttle, good breakfast AND good coffee. And the service? Bar none, the best hotel I've ever remained in, and I'm an international tourist

Wow! This place is a gem. The hotel is new (opened Dec 2012). The rooms are amazingly nice. The lobby is beautiful. It's a diamond in the ruff. I am a frequent traveler (here almost every week) and am shooting myself that I didn't stay here sooner. I was at the nearby Courtyard previously which is a dive linked to this place. Highly recommended!.

I used this location to park my car for about 3-4 days. When I arrived, they were friendly, took my car and explained to me how to call the shuttle when I arrive to get my car back. They said you call the shuttle, the driver will take your card and will call ahead so your car will be ready by the time you reach the hotel. I made sure to get there early so I could take the shuttle early to the airport.

First time at this place, easy to find and great service from valet to front desk. I was quickly upgraded to two bedroom suite that was nicely adorned, very clean and quiet. I will return here.

While traveling home from NYC the two flights we were scheduled for were disregarded. Delta put us up here. We were traveling with 11 month old twins. The shuttle driver took us by a drug store to get formula and diapers. The check in was smooth and rapid and we had pack and plays in the room within minutes. Top notch service. Very nice hotel so I thought. Checked in using my reward points for 2 rooms. My cc was charged 20 incidentals for each room. Put my car in valet at $22 a day. Great location to the airport. My front desk clerk was great, but the one next to her was having a personal conversation with another employee that was loud and distracting. I felt like I was at a bar and she was trying to talk over the music. The room was good, the heater was so loud we turned it off and only turned it on when we got cold. In the morning the buffet had no coffee and there was nobody around to ask for some but still we enjoyed. We needed to catch our flight so we left- not the end of the world, but frustrating when the place was not that busy. This hotel cost more than the Courtyard at Central Park in Manhattan and definitely not as nice.

Easy access from the interstates, came down from Boston, even during peak times. We got a suite, nothing in the fridge to tempt us. There is no safe in the room. Vending machine on the floor, but no ice maker! Valet parking, but Saturday to Sunday forget about it, tend to have too many cars for the very small garage space they have. Try to park on the street. The HVAC runs at full blast, even when set to low. The unit is next to the bed, so it's like sleeping in a wind tunnel.aah

As a Marriott loyalist I was disappointed with this hotel. The room wasn't the cleanest. The carpet looked like a crime scene, maybe multiple. The sofa the same. Parking folks were good, no complaints. Front desk was fine. Room size is bigger than you'll find in most of nice. Toilet and shower were separate but there were sinks in both. Shower was moldy and the door didnt prevent water from leaking. A/c didn't work well. Shade was broken. Fridge didn't get cold. Not sure I'd return. Cleanliness is main for me and the carpet needed a big cleaning and stain removal

My mate and I used the SpringHill Suites at LGA as one of the host hotels for our 10/10/15 wedding, and what a pleasure! The group sales staff was magnificent and easy to work with and they went out of their way to help make our family and bridal party comfortable. People were very happy with the sizes of the rooms, free breakfast that was offered, and the overall quality of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for helping to make our day so special- I would recommend this hotel to others without uncertainty.

Terrible and slow van service. Rude and unhelpful desk staff. I am used to bad service in NY but this place takes it to a new level.i don’t like any thing at all. Room was nice but getting passed the desk staff took away from that positive

This was my first stay at Springhill and I had a wonderful practice; the front desk associates were very sweet and helpful, the lobby was very clean and........decorated (I could have done without the teal blue curtains in the lobby, but tomato tomato.) The room was very spacious and well kept, several useful amenities, the beds were comfy and had a selection of pillow options, shower was hot; I really have zero complaints. I can't remark on the hotel's extra amenities (i.e. Bar, fitness room, breakfast.) as I really didn't use them

NEVER EVER PARK HERE!!! they destroyed the front end of my car rubbing all up the tight parking area and because i didnt check it after being so exhausted from flying all day i didnt notice the front end until i got home... so warning they will destroy your car here and then go ahead and give it back to you without even bothering to let you know they damaged it this bad

This shocked me too. I got put up here because a late night flight got cancelled. I was bummed but when I got to this hotel I started re-thinking my boldness. It's by far the best hotel I've ever been put up in by an airline.

So far so good. I’ve been here two weeks and will be here two more. I am pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The staff is super friendly, considerate and very obliging. It appears to be a relatively new hotel. It is clean and very well taken care of. Rest of the review now, I've been here a month and the stay was great. The staff is personable, helpful and made the extended stay less trying

After having an emergency at my house I stayed here until renovations was complete. My stay was pleasant the room was large and clean, there is a small fridge, warm and small stove, you can go to the bodega and get things to snack on. The bathroom was a upright size and they use Paul Mitchell products

If your trip to NY includes the US Open (tennis) or a Mets' game, then this Marriott property might be for you. This location is a short drive away from the National Tennis Center and Citi Field. Although I didn't take benefit of it, there is a shuttle facility to and from the National Tennis Center.

This place is great. Only minutes away from the airport and they have a free shuttle service. It is very well-kept and very very fresh. Everyone is very good and specially Sharon at the front desk. Got a suit upgrade and it has 3 TVs in it

Hotel itself (4 stars)- the hotel was well maintained with new features and a pretty modern design. I shared a suite room with my parents and it was particularly spacious with a very reasonable price. The roommates are also quiet and we could not hear any of the outside traffic nor our neighbors. They also have a free shuttle to and from La Gaurdia

I was there Thursday night May 25-26, 2017. My flight from Denver was 4 hours late causing me to miss the Mets game but the hotel took care of me like a 1st class operation. The shuttle driver tried to get me there for the last inning but we were too late. They also gave me a ride the next day to the subway stop. The front desk person, Mariana Keel, went above and beyond excellent provision by printing out the exact way for me to get from the hotel to Philly so I would not slip my next game. The room and bed were top notch and I enjoyed my stay at this property

We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and the airfield shuttle only runs until midnight, but we gave them a call and they still came to get us. The airport is only about 10 minutes in the shuttle from terminal to the front door. Super suitable! The staff was also extremely friendly and even offered us late check-out when we questioned about returning shuttles
