​We are a tight-knit and trusted parking company that prides itself on its hands-on approach to serving the local communities where we are present.  Our company was founded in 1950 by Ted Sylvan, a returning WW2 veteran.  He was very innovative in his approach to, what was then, a relatively new industry.  Those innovations are still being followed by our parking operators today.


Ted Sylvan felt that operating too many facilities would only take away from the personal service that he considered important, in running a successful service business.  By being a smaller company, our executives are able to personally train every one of our employees, to ensure that they live up to our standards of courtesy, efficiency and honesty. This approach also allows us to deal directly and quickly with our customers, to resolve any problems that may arise.

All of our garages are computerized which allows us to achieve the greatest degree of efficiency and automation.  Our garage equipment is state-of-the-art and we are constantly updating as new technology becomes available.
