Mozzarella Making Class with Big Mozz!

Create, laugh, drink, eat, and learn! Join us at Chelsea Market for a very Big Mozz experience, where you'll learn all about the art of cheesemaking, and create a cheesy masterpiece of your own to take home. Enjoy a night out with friends at our Mozzarella Bar - or book a class with your coworkers for an amazing team offsite.

Each student will have your own station with the classic tools of mozzarella making: a silver bowl, and a big wooden spoon. First we'll talk a bit about how we source our magic mozzarella from local dairy farms, and what makes it special. Then we'll bring out platters of savory and sweet ingredient pairings for you to experiment with. Maybe you'll be inspired to try making mozzarella at home!

We have an amazing selection of local craft beer and wine to choose from. An open bar package is available - ask when you check in. The class will run for 90 minutes.
