kind New Hyatt Place in city center Flushing! Wow what a nice stay and really a great value overall. Flushing may not be the best option for many tourists visiting Manhattan, but the rooms and service are actually terrific.

This rating goes to the valet parking assistant at the hotel, if you goanna hire someone don't hire a young thug, that's 18 and toy around with your 6 figure car. I parked there last night and all I hear is my tires squeaking and engine rev to the uppermost rpm. This is after I told the young kid, not to mistreatment my car and take it easy on my new car, I haven't left the lot yet and I already heard it,

We stayed 2 nights here. The hotel itself was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly. The parking attendant for the hotel garage was funny and tremendously helpful. The room upon arrival was very clean with nice floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was a nice collection, more than the usual admiring hotel meal.

The staff is a little unorganized, however the hotel is very nice and modern. Close to many shops, in the heart of flushing China Town. I booked a suite the night before my wedding and it was very relaxing. Highly recommended if you are looking for a busy area surrounding your hotel. Great place, dirt free, comfortable rooms and larger than average public spaces. Staff were courteous and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle to LGA.

Very great customer service!!! the hotel host direct me to the elevator and show us around where the facility is. The hotel room is huge too, include a sofa bed. Very clean!! Good environment.

Best Hyatt knowledge ever. We got a free room promote! The room is spotless and the host at the chicken is super nice. He even gave us a tour. Definitely staying here next time. Ps. It's within walking distance to good restaurants+free shuttle to landing field

My wife and I were theoretical to fly from New York to Chicago on 7/3 to spend the Fourth with my family, but airline ineptness and weather attentive us in New York for an extra two days. When our 4th possible journey plan to Chicago got cancelled at 9PM on the third, this was one of the only reasonable looking places with ease of use.

I stayed at this place the night before my marriage which was nearby in Flushing. I really enjoyed the stay. It was truly spacious with two queen beds and sofa and great space in the room itself. The bathroom was really nice! Great layout and very contented room

I came here for the US Open...in fact, I'm still here as I write this review. Why wait? Firstly, the site is very much smack dab in the Asian part of town. That's not a difficulty for me since I spent over a year in Asia, but that might be unexpected for some.

The staff were absolutely superb. I was in Room 901. The view was really great. The breakfast was free and, for the most part, tasty. (Avoid the "Egg McMuffin" look-a-likes. They are like hockey pucks.) Now, for the bad part.

WORST BREAKFAST EVER. DISGUSTING. And their shit breakfast only goes to 10am. The room is ok. The A/C is maddening because its loud and turns on and off all night. Would wake me up when it went on. Overall extremely dissatisfied. There is essentially no food option here. I would never stay here another time. Fucking waste.

Very comfortable and nice hotel. Although it's a small noisy because it's near the airport. Free breakfast till 9:30am. There is a pool on top level, coffee shop on main ground. You need a key to right of entry the crane so it's very protected.

OMG the shuttle driver was super cute. Does anyone know his instagram or twitter or facebook so I can hit him up? There was good and clean .beautiful room with nice view ,clean and net bath room.

Came here for 2 nights with friends. Beautiful room with nice view, clean bathroom, and very spacious. I would give 5 stars except for the fact that they had no room service. Also we asked them to clean room when we left and when we came back it was not clean. We kept hearing a thump which I presume was water from the air conditioner. It was all day and all night. Other than that it was a beautiful and very clean with lots a space.

So, we showed up in the midst of a group rush, and a few issues that Ryan, Jenn and Andy were trying to resolve at the same time. This is a great hotel, modern and really a great vibe. These three were astonishing...HYATT HQ these folks deserve a number of credit for treatment the rush, the issues, and doing it all through a smile and just great approach.

Hubby and I stayed here on our weekend trip to the city. Super suitable to the 7 train and LIRR and to a ton of restaurants. The hotel parking was easy to find and for $22.50 a day one can enter and go away as often as needed.
