Bar closes at 9. Too untimely. No food. Had to get iced up banquet chicken patties to get in microwave. No plates. No forks. How about some sandwiches to sell to travelers. Told to walk down Roosevelt Ave at night for food. No way. on no account stay here again. No one really cared.

My fiancée and I stay here last night as we go to a Cardinals/Mets game. I choose this because of the proximity to Citi Field. I'm a Cardinals fan not that that matters, lol. First off, the parking is horrible, there's no receiving around that. Driving down the ramp to the right of the hotel is beyond tight and it gets worse behind there. My fiancée has a Hummer which makes it even tighter. After we navigated out of the ridiculously close quarters, we parked and lucked out by getting the last space, that accommodate her vehicle.

Very unsoiled and staff is very helpful. Hotel appear to have been recently rationalized as everything looks new. Beds very comfortable. Subway posting to the city is just a couple blocks away and a shuttle to the airport trees on the hour. Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT COME at this time. Service was appalling . We stayed two nights and on our last night the closet mirror fell off. We called down to reaction and they took 20mins to come up. Glass was shattered everywhere and since maintenance was no where to be found all they offered us was a one bed room. When we checked out the next day the lady at the reception desk was very rude and tried to charge us $100 for the mirror we did not brake. OVERALL the spot is AWFUL service sucks and I would not propose this place!

What type of hotel has 200+ rooms and only 10 parking spots ? AND does not say that on the website.. so now I have to park on a street ? or go to a parking garage 20 MIN away ?! what kind of hotel does that. If I'm paying OVER $300 a night I should get parking and not have to worry what's going to come about to my truck. when I call about my concern I was told " there's street parking but it's going to be a busy weekend so you may not have good quality luck" WELL thank you for making me feel so much better. Will by no means book a stay here again and WONT ever recommend to anyone.

tremendous! Ultra clean as modern and new. handy location (next to train station) and they have a free LGA airport shuttle until midnight. Unfortunately, i was delayed in Houston so arrived after midnight but the hotel body which was incredibly friendly (which if you discern NYC is unheard of) arranged for a flat fee cab to come get me so I didn't have to wait in the long taxi line at LGA or shell out some absurd jacked up fee.

This hotel is ugly and all, but their customer service literally sucks. Their rooms are just as cold as their compassion. We just checked out and the night before was chilly. And the room was freezing. We couldn't figure out how to labor the in room thermostat so we call the front desk for help. The clerk told us no one was in to fix it and there was no for the night staff that could help. Frustrated, I ask what can they do.

accurately the worst position for a hotel. Ten parking spots, and after that you're told to find street parking. So unprofessional. Staff was very unorganized and could care less that their guests were in a parking frenzy. accurately bumper cars back there

hygienic sharp looking Hotel. The rooms are well furnish and clean. inspect and no sign of unwanted guest. Always a plus. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available on a first leave basis. Try the Moonlight Diner down the slab. Right across from Citi-Field.

located in the Corona section of Queens, we booked this hotel strictly for the reason of going to Citi Field which is merely a half mile from the hotel. A half mile on the same street which you can easily walk to. Upon check-in, there was an irate customer in the lobby berating the front clerk over no parking available. it seems that the hotel only had 11 or 12 chairs in their parking garage which was full on a Saturday nighttime

in general the look of the hotel is nice however my overall knowledge satisfactory. I was concerned that hotel was located directly under the channel strictly because of the noise. I was able to sleep through the noise...the train runs 24-7. I am not a New Yorker don't know my away around so being secure to the train was good for me it took 2 minutes to get too. It was a easy train systems gets you too Manhatten in about 30 minutes. Upon my arrival the TV didn't work I had to go 24 hrs without TV.

The place is enormous, very up-to-the-minute looking and still quite brand new. The location is not terrible, but it is not great either. The 7 train runs by it like other reviewers have stated, but you can definitely request for one of the rooms towards the back of the hotel, which helps a lot with cancel out most of the noise from the trains. Unlike some motels/hotels, the staffs here will not bother you or stroke your room if you have the Do Not Disturb sign up. I've stayed in some, where there really was no point in even providing guests with that option at all, since housekeeping would still knock regardless of the sign or not. During my stay, we did not try to the complimentary breakfast, so I have no opinion on that. in general, I think if the location was not by the train or in such a sketchy looking neighborhood, I would've rated it a 5 star.

Not a good hotel stay for commerce or personal. The maid overhaul was bad. Every time we needed our room unsoiled, we didn't get a set of towels; face, hand, & body towels. We would get one for each or none. Sometimes, we went get lavatory paper. Parking is terrible. I would not continue here again.

The room is after that to the coach line... which is very noisy. space was nice. Breakfast was cold and many items were gone.

We advised this hotel with the help of a person because of its close proximity to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, Queens and LaGuardia. The stay was marred by a dirty diaper in the room and the lack of towels. When I addressed the issue to the front desk, there was no effort made to make it right with us.

This hotel save us! We at first booked at the Asiatic hotel. We got there and it was a leave. The staff barely spoke English and the closest place to park was 2 blocks away and 20 bucks a day. So my boyfriend and I resolute to cancel once on site and we found this place. The staff are amazing! We booked within 2 minutes and the price was very reasonable. The rooms are small but very clean and cozy. The top part is, the hotel is right next to train tracks and you CANNOT HEAR A SOUND! I will be booking here again on my next trip to watch the Mets! The stadium is less than half a mile away.

Booked since was close to Citi countryside. Some locals I knew optional it probably because it was close to Citi Field.. This would be an ok property if you didn't have a car. Neighborhood looks rough but its an old NY vicinity.

This site has the most horrible customer service Ive ever come transversely. Even the manager seems new and inept. Workers have bad attitudes, even housekeeping is nasty. Would never stay here again.

The hotel itself is very nice. I mean, it is very nice look on the outside, as well in, but it kind of firewood out like a sore thumb in the middle of a neighborhood which does not look enjoyable. The hotel is very modern, which is something that we really liked. though, it was not brought to our attention that right outside of the hotel is the 7 train, which runs at all hours of the night. If you are really tired, you probably would not be able to hear the train at night. Thankfully, we were the tired ones. If you were not so tired, you could hear the trains all night long. On one of those nights, we weren't worn out, and were able to hear the train all night long.

We had to volume this last tiny due to a cancelled flight so it was fairly luxurious (270 CAD) for one night. Front desk staff was friendly, but if you're sensitive to noise this is not the place for you - it's located directly in addition the subway line.

I absolutely believe this place deserve more compliment! Everything during our stay went well. It being close to the train station is a plus. Breakfast was good, they refill it as soon as it runs out. Room is pleasant and clean. Employees, especially the front desk people are polite and helpful! Inside of the hotel, is very classy and neat! They also have a shuttle to La Guardia that runs at 5am then every hour.. Very convenient! Would certainly stay here again for our next NYC trip!!!

repudiation: we chose this hotel merely for the motive that we were going to the World Maker Faire at the New York Hall of Science in Flushing. For that reason, it was expedient for us

I wouldn't advocate this place at all if your looking for a silence, soothing stay at a hotel. This hotel is unprofessional and noisy.

This hotel was so much superior than we expected! great clean, incredibly comfortable king size bed, profusion of food for the continental breakfast, easy on easy off for the Metra - just a one block walk!

The employees is outstanding ! Customer service is phenomenal ! I had the adverse experience of being stranded in New York for 3 days because of weather- flight cancellations etc. So we stayed at the hotel because it was close to the airport. My companion and I were celebrating 25 years together, coming from Martha's Vineyard and now trying to get home. Our mood was beyond mad. The staff turned our frown upside down - They were very willing to help and friendly.
