Mr. Bentley Zhao, currently is the Chairman & CEO of New Empire Corp. He has served the real estate industry, since studying Architect in City College and Economics at Baruch College. Since 2000, he has been working on these disciplines-architecture, engineering, general contracting, and building supplies. Bentley is leading the second generation of the company, whereas his Father founded the company 20 years ago. He became the CEO of the company in 2004, and has led the company's direction and strategic expansions toward another level of success. Over the years, he created a well diversified professional team with over 200 years of experience to reach continued methodical growth. It ranges with a vertically integrated broad-based platform; varying from design, building, and management for all the real estate asset food groups, ie, multi-family residences, offices, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings, rental apartment buildings, and mixed-use condominium buildings.
